DESCRIPTION:
The Zed 15-T Series are two-station, shuttle type heat sealers designed for low to medium production volume. They feature shuttles on each side, allowing operators to alternate sealing packages and monitor their own production. These machines were first designed over 39 years ago and according to Zed Industries, their first 15T ever built is still in operation today! - Each operator loads the tray/blister, product and lid stock into the seal tool
- The seal tool is manually shuttled into the seal area
- The 2-hand safety interlock start buttons are pressed, initiating the timer controlled automatic cycle
- After packaged has been sealed, the tool is retracted, the finished packages removed and the process is repeated
- 2 to 6 cycles per minute
