DESCRIPTION:
The Rollbag Kit Conveyor is designed to be paired with an automatic bagger allowing consistent packaging rates. Use of this kit conveyor can increase production rates and allow for easier, faster, and safer packaging. The kit conveyor integrates into a Clamco bagger and can be speed controlled based on the cycle rate of the bagging machine. The kit conveyor can also be configured through the bagger to operate in counter mode, allowing for ease of batch counting.

– Manual: Cycle the conveyor using a footswitch
– Paced: Set up continuous feeding of the product
– Counting: Bagger cycles when the photo eye detects the pre-set product count
– Electronically interfaced to work with CLamco Rollbag automatic Baggers
– 6 foot in conveyor length
– Includes standard funnel design to work with an 8” x 10” size bag
– 4” x 6” spacing with 1” tall cleats
